Supplemental essay
Any single supplement, any school — line edits and structure notes.
I'll read your draft, sit down with you one on one, and help you turn it into something that actually sounds like your best self — not a stiffer, "more impressive" version of you.
I have always wanted to↗ chosen to help people, which is why I am interested in studying biology at your university.
Safe topics, resume-in-paragraph-form, and the same five "overcame a challenge" openers, over and over.
One specific, honest moment, written the way you'd actually say it — not the way you think a college wants to hear it.
Most drafts have the real essay buried somewhere in them already. Editing is mostly about finding it and cutting the rest.
Any single supplement, any school — line edits and structure notes.
Your main Common App essay, full top-to-bottom pass.
Personal statement plus every supplement, start to finish.
Already have a full draft you wrote yourself and just want it tightened up and made stronger.
Whatever you've got — rough notes count, don't worry about it being "ready."
Specific, honest notes on what's working and what isn't, no fluff.
We go back and forth until it actually sounds like you, at your best.
I'm a current college student, which means I went through the application process recently enough to remember exactly what it felt like — and what actually worked. Since then, I've edited and rewritten essays in partnership with more than one independent college counselor, working behind the scenes on real applications during real deadlines.
I'm not a generalist tutor, and I'm not trying to be. Essays are the one thing I do, so every session is just about making your writing sharper, clearer, and more honestly yours.
And to be clear: no AI is ever used to write or rewrite your essay, not even to draft or "polish" a line. It's just me reading your words and helping you say them better. Run it through any AI checker you want — I'm not worried about it.
Call or text me, or message me on TikTok — whichever's easier for you.
The more I know about you, the more the essay actually sounds like you.
